What are Elements? Ancient metaphysics is basic on the analogy that everything is the universe consists of different properties known as the Five Elements. This abstract energies or intangible forces around us can be divided into Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth. Each element has its own attributes and characteristics. The five elements are the foundation for Feng Shui balance and play an important role in creating the perfect environment. Basic
science tells us that energy cannot be created, only changed from one
form to another and this is what the transformational phases refer to.
Life flourishes when this happens naturally
Through the use of incorrect
structures, colours or placement, pressure builds and stress is created.
We have already seen While the Cycles of Birth and Destruction seem straightforward, bear in mind that when an element is excessively strong, it can control an element that is supposed to destroy it. When an element enhances, helps, produce and forms another element, it is weakened at the same time through the loss of energy.
BAD DATES TO AVOID
-
The
above calendars indicate the bad dates not to perform or carry
out important activities. So,
why am I showing you the bad dates instead of the good ones? The
rational behind this is that if you are uncertain whether or not
a date is good, at least you should be certain if it is bad.
Auspicious dates like marriage, commencing business
activities, traveling, etc, are very personal dates based on
individual Bazhi, therefore, general bad dates are crucial if
you do not know your personal auspicious dates.
Remember, commencing an activity on an average date is
always better than commencing an activity on a bad date. General
bad dates are dates that are overall not suitable to undertake
import personal or business activities.
These are dates that would not augur well for everyone.
There are several dates in a year that are bad, today we
will just show you just three main categories. -
Year
Breaker Days, 歲 破
日
-
Month
Breaker Days, 月 破
日 -
No
Wealth Days, 無 祿
日 Year
Breaker Day, 歲
破
日 The
Year Breaker Day is a day that goes against the Qi (氣
) of the year and it is the first kind of general bad day
that we want to avoid. It
is generally not beneficial to engage in important activities on
a Year Breaker Day because this indicates you are commencing
your activity or venture in opposition with the year resulting
challenges, and niggling but minor problems for the project or
event. Month
Breaker Day, 月
破
日 In
addition to the Year Breaker Day, there is a Month Breaker day.
This is the day where the energies of the day are in
conflict or in opposition with the energies of the month.
The month Breaker Day has amplified effects and is
therefore considered a more dangerous day to use than a Year
Breaker Day. If
you get married on a Month Breaker Day, generally the marriage
is difficult and complicated and if the relationship runs into
problems, it is very easy for marriage vows to be broken.
If contractual document is signed on this day, then
parties are likely to break their obligations.
The contract is more likely to be already breached or
broken at the point of signing.
Businesses with the official opening ceremony carried out
on this day, would find the business goes downhill faster. No
Wealth Day, 無
祿
日 These
are the days that are considered negative for any activity that
involves trading or wealth generation.
Therefore, it is fine to arrange marriage on this day but
not for signing contracts, closing business deals, business
trips or official openings. Note: It is advised to consult a professional geomancer or a date selection expert to determine any personal auspicious date/s for important activities.
